2. Platform Use — Job Seekers

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and CV.
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate other individuals.
• Your CV will only be shared with employers as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.

3. Platform Use — Employers

• Job listings must be genuine, lawful vacancies based in UAE or GCC.
• You may not use candidate data for any purpose other than evaluating them for the role posted.
• Discriminatory listings based on nationality, gender, age or religion are strictly prohibited.
• Payment obligations must be met as per your selected plan.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Spamming candidates or employers via the platform
• Scraping or extracting data from the platform
• Posting false, misleading or fraudulent listings
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees by contacting candidates directly from the database without a valid subscription

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including the Itjobs4u brand, design, and editorial content, is the property of Itjobs4u LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Itjobs4u acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, employer or candidate representations, or the outcome of any employment relationship entered into through the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
